Raju Chicken Shop

Our shop is number 11 at Partap Chowk. We are right in the middle of Industrial Area A in Ludhiana. It’s a very busy part of the city. You might know the Sangeet Cinema nearby; we are not far from there at all. Being in an industrial area means there are always people around. It’s 141003. Raju Chicken Shop is a small place tucked into a line of other shops. We have been here through many changes in the neighborhood. Ludhiana is known for being loud and busy, and our corner of it is no different. You can hear the sounds of the factories and the traffic all day long. We keep things simple because we don't have much room for anything else. The shop is small, but we keep the fridge stocked and the knives sharp. People come here because they know where we are and they know what to expect. We don't have a printed menu or anything like that. Most folks just ask what’s ready. It gets crowded during the evening when the cinema lets out or when the factories change shifts. We just stay behind the counter and do our work. If you're near Partap Chowk, you'll find us at number 11. It's just a regular local shop for regular people. We have been working here since the morning and won't leave until the last customer is gone and the shop is clean.
