Rajindra Property Dealers is over at 94 B Kitchlu Nagar. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time now. The office is just a front room with some desks and a couple of uncomfortable chairs that we really should replace one day. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting here waiting for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in with a question about a local plot. Kitchlu Nagar is a nice area, and we’ve seen it grow and change over the years. We know which houses have good foundations and which ones have had issues in the past. It’s that kind of local knowledge that keeps people coming back to us. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us who know the streets and the people. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just chatting with old clients who stopped by to say hello. We don't have a big fancy sign or bright lights. Just the name on the door and our reputation in the neighborhood. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If a house has a leaky roof or bad plumbing, we’ll tell you. No point in hiding things. It’s a quiet business, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We just like getting things done for our neighbors.
