Rajan Properties

Our office for Rajan Properties is at 3450 Chandigarh Road, specifically in Sector 32 A. It’s a wide road with a lot of trucks and cars passing by all the time, so you always hear the traffic. The building we’re in is pretty standard for this part of the city. We have a front room where we meet clients and a back area where we keep the coffee machine and the files. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for something specific in Sector 32 A or the nearby blocks. We spend a lot of time driving up and down Chandigarh Road to show different properties. The weather can be a bit extreme here, so we’re either blasting the air conditioning or huddled near a small heater. We have a lot of maps of the sectors pinned up so we can show people exactly where a plot sits. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of talking and checking documents at the local offices. We have a few old chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job for a short meeting. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it’s so quiet you can hear the clock ticking on the wall. We’ve been at this spot for a good bit now, and most of the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s just regular work.
