RAGHUKAN ESTATES LLP

We operate Raghukan Estates LLP out of house number 53 in Surya Vihar. That is in the Rishi Nagar area of Ludhiana. It is a nice enough neighborhood, mostly families and local shops. Our office is part of the house, so it has a very personal feel to it. We are not one of those big firms with hundred-page brochures. We just have our listings and our knowledge of the local streets. Most days, we are just sitting here going through the latest property news or talking to someone about a house they want to sell. It can be a bit slow some weeks, but then it picks up all at once. We do not have a big sign out front, just enough for people to know they have found the right place. We have lived in Ludhiana for a long time, so we know which areas are getting crowded and which are still quiet. People come to us because we are local and do not put on any acts. It is just us, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the tea gets cold because we are busy on the phone, but that is all right. We just take it one day at a time and try to help people find a place that fits. It is a regular life and we are happy with it. Our small team knows Surya Vihar better than anyone else does.
