R K Property Dealer

Our place is over at Plot No-B-1-809/3, right on Brinda Ban Road in the Civil Lines area. It's a bit of a mouthful of an address, but people find us eventually. We’ve been operating R K Property Dealer out of Prem Nagar for some time. Most days it’s just about answering the phone and showing people around different plots or houses in the neighborhood. Civil Lines has changed quite a bit since we started. It’s getting busier, and more people want to move into Prem Nagar these days. We spend a lot of time just walking through the streets and checking on what’s for sale. Sometimes the weather is bad and nobody comes in, but on sunny days it gets quite lively. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a small office with some desks and a lot of files. Most of our work is just connecting someone who has a house with someone who needs one. It’s practical work. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team. If you’re near Brinda Ban Road, you can just stop by and have a chat. We know the local landlords and the people who have lived here forever. It’s just how we do things. Not much to it besides knowing the local market and keeping an eye on the properties around the Civil Lines area. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and we just keep doing our part.
