R K Exchange & General Stores

This is our little store located here in Ludhiana. We do a bit of a mix of things, ranging from selling general everyday items to providing some exchange services for people. The shop is filled with all kinds of stuff, so it often feels a little bit crowded when more than two or three people are inside at the same time. We have snacks, household goods, and various other bits and pieces crammed onto the shelves. It can be a bit of a maze trying to find something specific if you aren't here every day. We have been in this same spot for quite a while now, and most of the neighborhood knows us by name. We don't have any big corporate team or anything like that, it's just us working behind the wooden counter. Sometimes we lose track of where we put some of the smaller items, but we usually manage to find them eventually if we look hard enough. The counter itself is made of wood and is quite worn down from many years of people leaning on it. We mostly take cash for everything. It is just a simple way of living and working. We see all sorts of different people throughout the day. Some just pop in for a quick word and a packet of biscuits. We don't have any big marketing plans or goals. We just pull up the shutters in the morning and see who comes by.
