We are located at Shop number 6 in the Guru Nanak market area of Dugri. It is a typical market shop, so it is not very large, but it is exactly what we need to run the clinic. Being right in the middle of a market means there is always some kind of noise or activity happening just outside the door. You can hear the other shopkeepers and the cars all through the day. We have been in this specific spot for quite a while now. Most people who live in Dugri know where Guru Nanak market is, so they don't have much trouble finding us. Inside the shop, we keep things very basic. There is a small desk for paperwork, some chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and the area where we see the patients. It can get a bit tight when there are a few people waiting at the same time, but we managed to make it work. That is just the way these market shops are built. We do not have a big team of people, just the necessary staff to keep things moving. We open up early in the morning and usually stay until the evening. Sometimes if there are a lot of people, we stay a bit later. The market has its own busy rhythm and we are just a small part of that. We see all kinds of people walking past every day. It is an honest way to spend the day.
