We operate under the name Prowest Hardware And Software Solutions Private Limited. Our office is located at H. No. 15, Phase-3, in Urban Estate, Gladacolony. This is right in the heart of Dugri, near Basant Avenue. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a sterile business environment. We handle both the physical side of machines and the code that runs on them. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we manage. The house is often full of boxes of parts and various computer components. We aren't very organized in the traditional sense, but we know where everything is. Dugri is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to find. We don't have a giant sign outside or anything. Usually, people just know us through word of mouth. We don't spend money on ads. We’d rather spend that on better tools or a faster internet connection. The neighborhood is quiet during the day, which helps us focus on complex software problems. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to sit and wait, but that’s just part of life here in Phase-3. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy fixing hardware and writing scripts. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local community here in Urban Estate.
