We are set up right by Noorwala Shivpuri Chowk. It’s a busy spot near the GT Road bypass. You can’t really miss it if you’re driving through that part of town. Being near the bypass means there is always something going on. We spend our days advising folks on properties around here. It might be a small plot or a bigger commercial space, depending on what the day brings. The office is pretty basic. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually out checking on sites anyway. People drop by after work or on their way somewhere else. We’ve been around this intersection long enough to know how the prices change and who is building what. It gets dusty with all the traffic from the bypass, but that's just part of being in a growing area. We talk to a lot of farmers and builders. It’s mostly just conversations and looking at maps. We don't have a big marketing plan. People just know us from being at the Chowk. We try to be helpful when someone asks a question about a piece of land. Sometimes we don’t have the answer right away, so we have to go find out. It’s a lot of legwork. We like being right in the middle of things. It makes it easier to keep an eye on the market. We just keep things moving, one property at a time. It is what it is.
