Prime Propertis

We are situated in the Tajpura area, right in the middle of the Bommasandra Industrial Area. You’ll notice our name is spelled Prime Propertis, which is just how we have it on our papers. Being in an industrial zone means we mostly deal with factory spaces, godowns, and land for sheds. It’s a dusty place with lots of trucks moving around all day. Our work isn't about fancy apartments or manicured lawns. It’s about finding a spot where a machine can run or where someone can store a thousand boxes. We spend a lot of time walking through empty halls and checking the height of ceilings for industrial use. The people we talk to are usually looking for something very specific, like heavy power lines or big gates for lorries. Our office is just a small room where we keep the site plans and land records. It gets hot out here in Tajpura, but we are used to it. We don't do much in terms of advertising; people usually find us because we are always around the industrial estate. It’s a tough environment but we like the practical side of it. We just show the property, explain where the water connection is, and let the business owners do their thing. It’s straightforward work for an industrial area like Bommasandra and we just take it one day at a time.
