F-226 in Focal Point is our home base. Phase VIII is a very big place, and it is easy to get lost if you do not know the specific plot numbers on this side of town. We have been in this same unit for a long time now. The concrete floor is stained with oil and there are always some copper wire scraps on the ground near the workbenches. We spend our days bending metal and wiring up electrical panels for different clients. It is a lot of physical work, especially when the big orders come in and we have to move fast. We have a few old fans that try their best to keep the air moving, but it still gets quite warm in here. Our office is just a glass-walled corner inside the main shop area. You can see everything that is happening on the floor from there. We do not have any fancy brochures or sales pitches. If someone wants to know what we do, we just show them whatever is currently on the workbenches. We have a small radio that plays the local stations all day long to help the time go by. The neighbors are all in the same boat, so we borrow tools from each other whenever we are in a pinch. It is a tight-knit community here in Focal Point. We just do the wiring and check everything twice.
