Physio Care Clinic

Our little spot at Physio Care Clinic is located at 936/61 in the Citizen Enclave area. It’s right on Barewal Road, so it isn’t too hard to find if you know where you’re going. The clinic is basically just a few rooms where we see people who have aches or pains from work or sports. We don’t have any big signs or anything flashy out front, just a simple place for locals to come by. Most of our days are spent talking to people from the neighborhood and showing them how to move better. The floors are plain, and we have the usual equipment like tables and some weights. It’s not a big corporate office. It feels more like a part of the community here in Citizen Enclave. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. Sometimes the parking on Barewal Road can be a bit tight, but usually, people find a spot nearby without much trouble. We like it here because it’s quiet enough to actually talk to people without a lot of distractions. We keep the windows shut when the dust picks up outside, but otherwise, it's a pretty open and straightforward setup. If you’re walking down the road, you’ll see our door. It’s just a normal clinic run by people who live nearby and wanted to work close to home without any unnecessary fuss or complicated rules.
