We have some mats, some weights, and those large exercise balls scattered around the floor. It’s not a spa; it’s more of a place where you have to put in a bit of effort. Most of our day is spent helping people stretch or walk again after they’ve had a tough time. Pakhowal Road is always busy, so there is a lot of life right outside our windows. Inside, it smells a bit like rubbing alcohol and maybe some old floor cleaner. We try to keep things relaxed because physical therapy can be pretty frustrating for a lot of folks. The staff wears comfortable shoes because we are on our feet moving equipment around all day long. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us who know how to work with muscles and joints. Sometimes the scheduling gets a bit messy when someone runs late, but we usually figure it out. It’s a small, practical space for rehab work. We see everyone from grandfathers to younger people who tripped while playing sports. We just take it one session at a time and try to help people get back to their normal routines as best as they can.
