Partap Properties

You can find us over at Chaura Bazar, right near the Pratap Boot House. It's a really crowded area, usually full of people shopping or just walking through to get somewhere else. We’ve been set up here for a while now, just dealing with local properties. It’s a bit of a landmark being right near the boot house, and people often use it to find their way to our door. Our shop isn’t huge or anything, but it works perfectly for what we need to do. We spend most of our time talking to neighbors or people looking for a place to stay nearby. It gets pretty loud outside during the day with all the shoppers, but that’s just part of being in the bazaar. We don’t really have any fancy brochures or big ads. We just know the streets around here really well. If someone is looking to buy or sell something in this neighborhood, they usually just drop by and have a chat with us. We’re just regular people working in the property trade. We aren’t trying to do anything big or flashy. It’s just about knowing the local market and being around when someone has a question about a piece of land. Some days it’s quiet, and other days we have a lot of people stopping in at once. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the market over the years. We just keep our own records and help out where we can. It is a simple way of doing things.
