Paras Property Dealer

We've been at Bahadur Ke Road for a while now. Paras Property Dealer is just a small setup where we help people find a place to stay or a bit of land. It gets busy around here, but we try to keep things simple for anyone who walks in. My cousin and I mostly handle everything. Sometimes the paperwork takes a bit longer than we'd like, but that's just how it goes with property. We know the streets around Bahadur Ke Road pretty well since we've lived nearby all our lives. If you need a house or just want to ask about prices in this part of town, you can find us easily. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk and some chairs where we can talk. People usually come by through word of mouth. We don't do much advertising because we're usually out on the road looking at sites anyway. It's a lot of walking and talking every day. We just try to be straight with people about what's available. If a place has issues, we'll tell you. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just want to get through the day's work and make sure the deals get closed properly. It’s mostly local families looking for their first home or maybe a shop space. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years.
