Paradise Estate

Paradise Estate is located over on College Road, specifically at Scf 13, right near Sant Isher Singh Road. If you know where Hotel Imperial is, then you can find us easily because we are right nearby. Being on College Road means we see a lot of students and young people passing by all the time. It’s a lively area, though the traffic can be a real headache during peak hours. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit and talk about real estate. We’ve been here for a while, seeing the buildings go up and the old ones get renovated. People come to us when they need a flat or maybe a commercial spot for a new venture. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to show different properties. Sometimes we have to wait around for hours for an owner who forgot the meeting, but that’s part of the job. We don’t promise anything we can’t do. We just know the local streets and who is looking to sell or lease. The walls of our office have a few maps pinned up, mostly faded now. We try to give folks the real picture of what a property is like before they sign anything. It’s better that way. No one likes surprises when it comes to their home. We’re just local people doing local business.
