We’ve been at 512 Iqbal Ganj Road for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot, always noisy with traffic outside, but it’s home for us. Pappi and Kapil started this together because there was a lot of confusion with people trying to find places to rent around here. We don’t have a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of registers filled with phone numbers. Most days, we are just sitting here waiting for the tea man to come by while we talk to folks about shops or houses. People come in looking for a small room or maybe a place to start a little business. We know most of the landlords on this road by their first names. It isn’t always easy work, especially when the paperwork gets stuck or people change their minds at the last minute. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If a house has a leaky tap, we tell you. No point hiding it. Iqbal Ganj Road is a tight-knit place, so if you do bad work, everyone finds out fast. We mostly handle to-let services and some property consulting when someone wants to sell. It's a lot of walking around and showing places. Our shoes get dusty, and our phones never stop ringing. That is just how it is in this business. We are usually here until late evening.
