Pal Estates

Our office is located at Plot No 8C on Sun and Step Club Road in Model Gram. It is number 11 on the street. I remember when we first moved into this building, the walls were a different color and the road outside wasn't as busy as it is these days. Working at Pal Estates is pretty straightforward. We come in early, open the shutters, and see who stops by. The club road gets a lot of traffic in the evenings, so it stays quite lively around here. We have a few old chairs for guests and a big table that has seen a lot of use over the years. We aren't interested in being some big corporate firm with a hundred employees. We prefer the way things are, just a local spot where people can come in and ask about the local property scene without feeling pressured. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get busy, but usually, it's just a couple of us. We keep the files organized in some old metal cabinets in the corner. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that we keep meaning to fix but never quite get around to it. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We see the same faces walking by every morning, and we like being part of the Model Gram community. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where to find us if they need anything.
