Pahwa Ice Cream & Fast Food is situated right on the 22nd Cross in Hargobind Nagar. This corner gets a lot of foot traffic because of where it is positioned. We have two sides to what we do here, the hot food and the cold stuff. In the evenings, the smell of the tawa and the frying food fills up the street and brings people in. It is a noisy place with the sound of the stove and people talking over each other to place their orders. Then you have the ice cream which is what the kids are always looking for. We have been at this 22nd Cross location for a bit and it has become a regular stop for folks finishing their work day. The tables are simple and the chairs are just plastic ones, nothing fancy at all. We are usually busy wiping down surfaces and trying to keep up with the dishes in the back. It gets pretty frantic when the dinner rush hits and sometimes we might get an order a bit late, but we are just human after all. Hargobind Nagar is a lively place to have a shop and there is never a dull moment. We just keep the oil hot and the freezer cold and hope for a good day of business without too many hiccups. We don't have any big slogans or goals, we just work until it's time to close the shutters and go home to sleep.
