Oberoi Property Dealer has been based at 1 Model Town for a good while. We are situated right by Matawadi near the L H Road. It’s a decent location, though the traffic on L H Road can be a real headache during the rush hours. Our office isn't anything to brag about. It's just a functional space where we meet people and discuss land and houses. We have some old chairs that have seen better days, but they’re comfortable enough for a chat. Living and working around Model Town means we see the same faces every day. It’s a tight-knit kind of place. We don’t do much advertising. Most people just see the board when they’re passing Matawadi. We handle various property matters, mostly sticking to what we know in this part of town. Sometimes we’re out in the field looking at sites, so the office stays locked for an hour or two. It’s just the way a small business runs. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us looking through some old site plans or talking on the mobile. It’s a basic operation, honest and simple. We like it that way because it keeps things manageable. No corporate rules here, just us doing what we’ve always done at the start of Model Town.
