Nutrich Hygienic Chicken

We are over on Pakhowal Road in the Sardar Estate area. Nutrich Hygienic Chicken is mostly about keeping things clean and moving the stock fast. We get the chickens in early and spend the first few hours of the day preparing everything. It is a lot of washing and cutting. We try to keep the place as tidy as we can because that’s what we aim for. The Sardar Estate is a busy place, and we have a lot of regular families who come to us for their weekly meat. We use a lot of ice to keep everything cold. The knives have to be sharpened every single day. It’s hard on the hands and the back. We don’t have a big shopfront with lights. It’s just a practical space for processing the orders. Sometimes the delivery bike breaks down and we have to scramble to get things to people's houses. The Pakhowal Road traffic can be a nightmare in the afternoons. We just do our best to get through the orders. Our staff is small, just a few guys who know how to handle the work. We don't talk much while we work because it's noisy and we have to focus. It’s a straightforward job. We provide the chicken and people pay us. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just focus on the work and then go home.
