Nice Hair Cutting Saloon sits on Punjab Mata Nagar Road. If you know Street No. 16 in Punjab Mata Nagar, you have probably walked past us many times. We are quite close to the DTDC Courier shop, which is a good landmark if people get lost looking for the address. Ludhiana can be a busy place, especially around this part of town with all the traffic. The shop is small but it does the job for us. We have the usual stuff, a few chairs, some scissors, and those spray bottles for water. There is always music playing or maybe a cricket match on the small TV if one is going on. Men from the neighborhood come in after they finish work. They sit on the wooden bench and wait their turn while checking their phones or talking. The floor is usually covered in hair by mid-morning. We try to keep it clean but it is a constant job. The street outside is always noisy with scooters and delivery bikes going to the courier office nearby. It feels like a normal part of the day here. We do not have any big corporate plans. We just cut hair and make sure the mirrors are wiped down. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a five-minute break. Being on Street 16 is alright. People know where to find us. It is just a simple barber shop on a busy Ludhiana road for the local guys.
