New Star Property Dealers

We are New Star Property Dealers, and our shop is located at Shop No 3, 626-L in Model Town. We are right by the Mint Gumri Chowk, which is always a busy spot with lots of traffic and people moving about. We have been at this shop for a good amount of time now. It is a small space, but it is enough for what we do. Mostly, we just talk to folks about the houses and shops available in the Model Town area. It is a nice part of town, and there is always someone looking to move in or find a better spot for their business. We do not have any fancy marketing plans. We just put our sign out and talk to whoever walks in. Being near Mint Gumri Chowk means we get a lot of walk-ins. Some people are just curious about prices, and that is fine with us. We know the streets around here really well, including all the back lanes. We try to give people the straight facts about the properties we know of. No fluff or complicated talk. We handle the local paperwork and make sure things are done the right way. It is just us here most days, keeping track of who is moving where. It is a steady job and we like being part of the community here in Model Town. If you are passing the chowk, you will see us.
