National Property Commission Agents

We work out of Khanna Kalyan Puri. It is a local operation here, nothing too fancy or polished. People around this neighborhood know us as the ones to ask when a shop or a house becomes available. As commission agents, we basically act as the middleman between the person who owns a property and the person who wants to move in. It involves a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for people to make up their minds. We see all kinds of properties, some in great shape and others that have seen much better days. We do not sugarcoat things because that just leads to trouble for everyone later on. If a roof leaks or the plumbing is getting old, we just say so. It is a busy area and things move pretty fast around here. We try to keep up with who is selling and who is buying. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking around the block to meet someone. We have been doing this for a while now and we know the local market quite well. It is a simple business, really. We help with the paperwork once a deal is finally made, which can be a real headache for some people. We just try to make that part of the process a bit smoother. It is just a regular office where we do our thing and talk to our neighbors.
