National Estate Deals

Our office is located in Sashtri Nagar, right near the Jagjit Nagar area. If you know the Shastri Nagar railway crossing, you know exactly where to find us. It can get a bit loud when the trains go by throughout the day, but you get used to that noise after a few days of working here. We handle property deals around this part of the city. Mostly it is residential stuff, like people looking for a small house or maybe a plot of land to build on. It is a busy neighborhood and there is always someone stopping by to ask about current prices. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going out to look at houses or meeting people at the crossing to show them a place. It is not really a desk job for us. We try to be honest with people about what a place is actually worth. Sometimes the houses are quite old and need a lot of work, and other times they are newer. We just tell it like it is. It is just a small team of us here. We have lived around this area for a long time so we know which lanes are quiet and which ones get flooded when it rains. That kind of local knowledge helps when someone is moving here from outside. We do not use big words or try to act like a huge corporation. We just do the work.
