We are located at SCO 32 in the Feroze Gandhi Market, near Bhai Bala Chowk. You can find us pretty easily because we are close to the Hotel Five Star Park Plaza. It is a prime spot in the market, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise. We have been operating out of this office for a good number of years. The office itself is simple. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. Monga Properties deals with all sorts of properties, mostly around the Feroze Gandhi Market and the surrounding blocks. It is a busy market, and things move quickly. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with who is selling what, but we do our best. We spend most of our mornings checking in with owners and our afternoons showing people around. We aren't corporate people with polished speeches. We just speak plainly about what a property is worth and what the problems might be. If a roof leaks or the plumbing is old, we will tell you. We think it is better that way. Our family has been in this business for a while, and we plan to stay here. We like the hustle of the market and meeting different people every day. It is not a glamorous job, but it is ours, and we take it seriously in our own way.
