Our little office is at 350, Mig, right in the Dugri Urban Estate Phase III area. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads, which I like. I’ve been working as a property consultant here for a bit now. People mostly drop by because they’re looking to buy a house nearby or maybe they want to rent out their place. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or driving around to look at different plots and houses. It’s not a big team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Real estate around here can get a bit confusing with all the paperwork and the rules, so we just help people figure that part out. There’s no big sales pitch or anything like that. We just talk to folks, see what they need, and show them what’s available in Dugri or the surrounding blocks. Sometimes people come in just for a chat about prices. I try to keep it simple. Being in Phase III means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. It’s a local operation. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a reliable place where people can go when they need property help. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done. I guess that’s about it for what we do at Mohie & Co.
