You can find us at 30 B in the Model Town Extension area. We’ve been operating as property consultants here for a good while. It’s a nice part of town, and we mostly focus on the houses and plots nearby. We don't really do the big corporate style of business. It’s more about sitting down with a cup of tea and talking about what someone is looking for. We know the streets around Model Town really well because we spend most of our time walking through them to check on properties. Sometimes the market is fast and things sell before we can even put them on the list. Other times, things just sit there for months without any interest. We try to be honest with people about what a fair price is, even if it’s not what they want to hear. Dealing with all the legal stuff and the title transfers can be a real pain, but we help where we can. Our office is small and simple, nothing too fancy to look at. It’s just a place to get the work done and meet with people. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, we just want to do a decent job for the folks who come to us. It’s a lot of work, but we like being part of the local scene here in Model Town. We’ve built up a lot of local knowledge over the years and we just keep plugging away.
