We’ve been here at Pakhowal Road for a while now. The office is at 1300/1, right by the ice factory, so it’s easy enough for people to find us. We mostly deal with folks looking for shops or houses around this part of town. It’s a busy area and things change fast, so we try to keep up with what’s available. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about prices or who is selling what. We don't have a big fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we talk things through. Most of the time, we’re out looking at sites or meeting owners. It’s a lot of running around, really. Dealing with property isn't always smooth, there’s usually some paperwork that takes much longer than you’d like. We just try to get it done without too much fuss. If you're near the ice factory, you can drop by. That factory is the best landmark if you get lost on the road. We know the neighbors and the local streets pretty well after all this time. It’s just how we work. Nothing too complicated, just showing people what’s on the market and helping them figure out the details. Sometimes we have a lot of options, other days it's quiet. That’s just the way it goes in this business. We've seen the road change over the years. We stay busy enough with the daily tasks and the local people who come in to chat.
