Mann Property Advisor

We are over here at Mann Property Advisor, right near the bus stand in the AC Market area of Civil Lines. It gets pretty busy around here with the buses coming and going all day long. Sometimes the noise is a bit much but you get used to it after a while. Most people know where the AC Market is so finding us isn't too hard. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the desk or walking around the Civil Lines neighborhood looking at different spots. It’s a lot of talking to people who stop by after getting off the bus or those who work nearby. The GT road is always moving. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and look out the window at the traffic. Other days it feels like everyone wants to ask about a shop or a house at the same time. Being near the bus stand means we see all sorts of people. It’s a practical spot for a property business. We don't have a fancy setup, just some chairs and the usual files. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this part of town for a bit now and know the corners of the market pretty well. People just drop in when they are passing through. It’s just how things go in this part of the city.
