Our office is located on Link Road, not far from Star School. It is a spot where you can always hear the school bell ringing or the kids playing during recess. Mani Mahesh Property Advisor is just a small local business. We do not have a fancy setup. It is a basic room with a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk that has seen a lot of use. We spend our days mostly talking to neighbors and people who are looking to move into the area. Link Road is a good place to be because everyone passes through here eventually. We do not do any big advertising. Usually, people just see our sign or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. Dealing with property is a lot of waiting and a lot of talking. We have to keep track of who is selling and what the going rates are. It changes all the time, so we have to stay on our toes. Sometimes the work is slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic go by on Link Road. Other times, it is a mad rush to get papers signed and keys handed over. We are not corporate people. We just know the local streets and the families who live here. It is a steady way to spend the day, and we like being right here in the middle of it all.
