We are situated right on the G.T. Road. It’s a very busy area, as you probably know if you’ve ever driven through here. Being on such a main road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. Manchanda Property Advisor is a small operation, mostly focusing on the land and buildings along this stretch. The traffic noise is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. We don't have a very polished office, it’s more of a working space where we keep our files and meet with clients. Most of our work involves helping people find commercial spots or residential plots near the highway. It’s a fast-moving market, and things change quickly on G.T. Road. We try to stay on top of who is selling and what the current rates are. We don't spend much on big ads or fancy brochures. Most of our business comes from people just stopping their cars when they see our sign. We talk to a lot of truck drivers, business owners, and local families. It’s an interesting mix of people. We just give them the facts about the properties we have on our books. Sometimes the deals take a while to close, but we just keep at it. We’ve been in this same spot for a while and don't plan on moving. It is a loud place but it works for us.
