Malwa Estate Deals operates out of Pune, specifically in the Haibowal Kalan area within Parvati Goan. It is a bit of a drive depending on where you are coming from in the city, but it is a solid place to be based. We do property deals, which basically means we spend our time connecting people who have land or houses with people who want them. The office in Parvati Goan is fairly modest.
