Makkar Estates

We are located at Plot Number 183 in Model Gram. Our place, Makkar Estates, is very close to the Gurudwara Singh Sabha. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice for doing business. We deal in property around here. It started out small and stayed that way because we like it. The office is basically just a room where we keep our records and meet people who are looking for a house or a plot. We’ve lived in this part of town for a long time, so we know the streets well. Being near the Gurudwara is great because it’s a landmark everyone knows. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on different plots. The neighborhood has a good feel to it. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out and look at properties, so we just sit inside and catch up on notes. It’s a practical way of working. We aren't interested in being the biggest company. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. The sign outside is a bit old, but you can’t miss us. Just head toward the Gurudwara and look for Plot 183. We usually have the front door open when the weather is nice. It’s a simple setup for simple work.
