Mahaveer Property

Our little office for Mahaveer Property is over in Bharat Nagar, right in the Basant Vihar area. Most people find us by looking for the Bajwa Aata Chaki, which is the big landmark around here. You can usually hear the machines running at the flour mill while we are sitting inside working. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, and we like it that way. We spend our time looking at houses and shops for people who need them. It is mostly local folks coming in to ask what is available. We have a few chairs and a table where we go over the paperwork. It isn't anything fancy, just a practical space to get things done. We’ve been around this part of town for a long time, so we know the landlords and the different streets quite well. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors for a bit. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know we are here near the mill. We handle the property stuff as it comes, day by day. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking around to check on different plots or buildings. We just try to keep things honest and tell people exactly what a place looks like before they go to see it. It’s a regular job for us and we enjoy it.
