Our office is located at 23 C Block A in Ansals Bachitter Enclave, right in the thick of the Chaura Bazar area. It is a busy place to be, that’s for sure. Mahadev Property Advisor Commission Agent isn't a big corporation. It is just a local spot where we deal with the everyday realities of buying and selling. We have been working as commission agents here for a while, so we’ve seen the market go up and down. Most of our day involves sitting with people, drinking tea, and talking about prices. We don't have any polished presentations or glossy brochures. Our information comes from knowing the people who live here and keeping track of who is moving where. The office stays open late most days because that’s when people are free to talk. It can get a bit cramped when a few people show up at once, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do our job correctly and keep our records straight in Block A. Being in Chaura Bazar means you have to be ready for anything. It’s a practical business for practical people. We just stay here at our desk and wait for the next person to walk through the door with a plan.
