Lucky Property Dealer is located in the Gill area. It’s a straightforward kind of place where we don’t spend much time on decorations or fancy furniture. Most of the work happens at a desk that has seen better days, surrounded by chairs for whoever happens to drop by. Being in Gill means we deal with a lot of regular people looking for a bit of help with their land or a new house. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write big advertisements for us. People usually hear about us from a cousin or a neighbor who used us before. That’s how things work in this part of town. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, walking through plots and checking boundaries. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing with all the different rules, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s not a fast business. You have to wait for the right buyer or the right price, and we just try to be patient.
