Lucky Ice Cream

Our little ice cream shop is located at number 521 in the Nirmal Nagar part of Dugri. It is a very plain setup, just a room with some large deep freezers and a small counter. We have been here serving the local families for a few years now. When the weather gets really hot, the place fills up with kids from the neighborhood. It is nice to see them, though it does get a bit chaotic with all the different flavors they want. We try to keep a good variety in the freezers, whatever we can get from the distributors that week. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls or bright neon signs. It’s just a practical place to get a cold treat. My wife usually helps me on the weekends because that is when it gets the busiest. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is always a worry when you sell ice cream, but we have a small generator that keeps things from melting. The floor is easy to mop, which is lucky because someone is always dropping a bit of their cone. We aren't part of some big chain. We just live nearby and run this shop to stay busy. It is a quiet life for the most part, except for the summer months. We like the people around here and they seem to like having us around.
