You can find us at Plot No. 211 in Bakhatgarh Tower over in New Palasia. It’s a pretty central location, 10/1 is the specific bit if you’re looking at the map. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. Real estate around here is always moving, so we stay pretty busy. The phone rings a lot, and usually, it's someone asking about a price or a plot size. We aren't one of those big corporations with fancy slogans. We're just a group of people who know the local market and spend our time trying to match people with the right land or buildings. Sometimes the paperwork feels like it's going to swallow us whole, but that's just part of the business. My chair in the office has a squeak that I keep meaning to fix, but I never get around to it because there’s always another site visit to get to. We talk to a lot of different people, from first-time buyers to folks looking to invest a bit of money. It’s mostly about being practical and telling it like it is. We don't sugarcoat things because that just leads to trouble later on. If a property has issues, we mention them. It’s a long day sometimes, but it’s what we know how to do. We’re just here in the tower, doing our thing, and maybe grabbing a quick snack between meetings.
