Latas Unisex Hair Studio

We are right in the middle of the constant bustle at Ghumar Mandi in Ludhiana. Our shop is in Dyal Nagar, tucked into the Sabzi Market area near the Royal Hostel for Women. Since it’s a unisex studio, we see all kinds of people coming through the door every day. The market outside is always noisy with people buying vegetables and shouting, but inside we try to keep things a bit more relaxed for the customers. We have several chairs set up and the mirrors stay busy from morning until late in the evening. It’s a lot of washing, cutting, and styling hair. We don’t pretend to be some high-end luxury place. We just provide a spot where you can get your hair sorted out without any unnecessary fuss. The staff here are just regular people who know their way around a pair of scissors and a comb. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded, especially on weekends when everyone wants to look good for an event or a wedding. We’ve got some regulars who have been coming to us since we first opened our doors years ago. It’s nice to see familiar faces every week and catch up on their lives while we work. We just keep the towels clean and the water warm for the next person. Working in Ludhiana means you have to be fast because everyone is always in a hurry. We just do our best to keep up with the neighborhood pace and make sure people leave happy.
