Kumar Property Dealers

We’ve been sitting here at 3 Firozpur Road Raghunath Hospital Market for a while now. Most people around here just call us Kumar Property Dealers because that’s what the sign says. Dealing with land and houses in this part of town isn't always pretty. It involves a lot of paperwork and waiting around at government offices, but someone has to do it. My uncle started this and then I took over. We mostly help people find a place to rent or maybe buy a small plot if they've saved up enough money. It’s a busy market area, so there is always noise outside the door. Sometimes people just walk in to ask for directions or talk about the weather before they even get to the point about a property. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just keep our files in these old cabinets and try to remember who called about what. If you are looking for a house or trying to sell your old place, you can find us near the hospital. It’s easy to spot. We aren't trying to be the biggest office in the city, just trying to keep the lights on and help the neighbors. It gets dusty in the afternoons with the traffic on Firozpur Road, but we’re usually here until late evening. Just look for the shop near Raghunath Hospital and you’ll find us. We know the streets around here pretty well by now.
