My office is at 152 Basti Jodhewal, right near Saurabh High School and the Bombay Tyre shop. I’ve been working as a property advisor here for a long time. It’s a local neighborhood business and I know most of the families around here. People come to me when they want to sell a bit of land or find a house for their kids. I don't have a big staff or a fancy website. It’s mostly just me sitting at my desk, talking to whoever walks through the door. Being near the school means it gets quite loud during the day with all the kids and traffic, but I’m used to it by now. I spend my mornings checking on local listings and my afternoons meeting with clients. Dealing with property in this area requires a bit of patience because the paperwork can be a real mess sometimes. I just try to help people get through it without too much trouble. I’ve seen this part of the city change over the decades. Some old buildings go down and new ones go up, and I’m usually involved in some part of that process. It’s honest work and it keeps me connected to the community. I don't use big words or try to sell something that isn't there. People appreciate the direct approach when they come by to chat about local real estate.
