You can find us at number 222 on the Kathriguppe Main Road in Chakan. This area has changed a lot since we first set up our small office here. There used to be a lot more open space, but now it’s all buildings, warehouses, and traffic. We spend most of our time looking at maps and talking to people about land and apartments. It’s a lot of paperwork and visiting the local offices, to be honest. Dealing with property means we have to go out and see the sites quite often, so the office isn't always full of people. If we aren't here, we’re probably out on a plot somewhere showing someone where the boundaries are or checking on a construction site. Chakan is a busy place now with all the new projects coming up. We try to keep track of who is selling what and what the current prices are, though they seem to change every week. It’s just a small team here. We keep a pot of tea going and have a few chairs for visitors to sit and talk. We don't do big billboards or anything like that. Usually, it’s just neighbors or people who saw our sign on the main road and decided to stop by. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just show what’s available and help with the documents when someone decides they want to buy or rent something. Some days are slow and others we can’t keep up with the phone calls, but we just take it one day at a time.
