We have been around Karabara Chowk for quite some time now. Our office is right there in New Azad Nagar, very close to the bus stand, so people find it easy to drop by when they are in the area. It is a busy spot, always something happening outside the doors. Khullar Property Dealer is just a small local setup where we handle stuff related to land and houses nearby. Usually, people just walk in after getting off a bus or while they are out for work. We know most of the streets and blocks around here like the back of our hands. It isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk about what's available for sale or rent. Sometimes the traffic at the chowk gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most folks know us because they live in the neighborhood or heard about us from a neighbor. Dealing with property can be a headache, so we just try to keep things straightforward.
