Khosa Property Dealer

We are located near Isher Nagar, right by the AC Market in Civil Lines. It’s a busy spot with lots of shops around us. We’ve been acting as property dealers here for quite a while now. Civil Lines is an old part of town with a lot of history. We mostly help people find houses or small commercial spaces nearby. Our office is just a regular room where we sit and discuss options with whoever walks in. It’s not polished or anything. We have some old wooden furniture and a lot of notebooks. We prefer talking face-to-face rather than over long emails. Isher Nagar is a good neighborhood, and we know many of the families who live there. Sometimes we walk over to the AC Market for a quick break. People know us as the local guys who know who’s moving out or which shop might become vacant soon. We don’t make big promises. We just show what’s on the list. It’s a simple way of working, but it has served us well. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors and keeping track of the local streets. We don't have a fancy website, but our door is usually open. If the light is on, we are inside working. It’s a steady pace and we enjoy being part of the Civil Lines community.
