We run Khalsa Computer N Mobile Service here in Ludhiana. It’s a modest shop where we fix phones and computers that have seen better days. You know how it is, screens break or laptops just stop turning on for no reason at all. We see a lot of that every single day. The workbench is always cluttered with tiny screws, screwdrivers, and half-opened devices waiting for parts. It can be a bit overwhelming to look at, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Ludhiana is a busy city, so there is always someone coming in with a cracked phone screen they need fixed by the evening. We do our best to get things back to people quickly because everyone seems to need their phone for everything these days. We aren't a big service center with uniforms or a polished waiting room. Usually, people just stand by the counter and chat with us while we take a quick look at their device. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we expected because we have to wait for a specific part to arrive from elsewhere, and we just tell people how it is. No point in making stuff up just to sound better. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve seen all kinds of gadgets come through the door. It’s just us working away, trying to keep up with the new models that come out every few months. It's a living, and we genuinely like the local people we meet.
