Kataria Property Dealer is located on Rahon Road, inside the Shriram Nagar Housing Society. We are right off the Pune Nagar Road, which is a very busy stretch. Being located inside a housing society means we are right in the middle of the community we serve. We’ve been dealing with plots and houses in this area for quite a while now. Our office is small and practical, with just enough space for a desk and some chairs for visitors. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy ads in the paper. Most of our work comes from people who live in Shriram Nagar or nearby. We spend a lot of time out on the road, looking at different sites and meeting with owners. It can be a bit tiring with the Pune traffic, but we are used to it by now. We try to be as helpful as we can when someone is looking for a new home or a plot to build on. We know the history of the land around here and which areas are developing the fastest. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is steady and we enjoy being part of the local scene. If you are driving down Pune Nagar Road, you can turn into Shriram Nagar and find us pretty easily. We are usually around during the day to answer questions or show you around some available properties.
