Kaff Gallery

We are located on Firozpur Road in Gurdev Nagar, right near the Aarti Cinema Chowk. Kaff Gallery is basically where we keep all the kitchen stuff like chimneys, hobs, and built-in ovens. The shop has a lot of glass and steel because of the products, so I spend a lot of time with a cloth wiping off smudges. It’s a bit of a fancy area but we try to keep things down to earth inside. People come in looking to redo their kitchens and they spend a lot of time opening and closing the cabinet doors we have on display. The traffic outside is always moving, and you can hear the sounds of the junction all day. I usually have a notebook where I jot down what people are looking for because there are so many models to keep track of. It’s not a huge space but we managed to fit enough examples so people can see how the stuff looks. Sometimes the lights in the ceiling flicker and I have to remind myself to get them fixed. It’s mostly just showing folks how the auto-clean function works on a chimney or explaining the different burner sizes. We stay open until the evening when the cinema crowd starts picking up. It’s a steady job and we see a lot of different people every day. Most visitors are just trying to figure out which stove will fit in their house.
