Jolly Estates

Our office is located at 11 E Gill in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. We are quite close to the City Centre, so there is always a lot of movement around us. We deal with all kinds of local estate matters. Whether it is a small plot or a house, we have probably seen it or heard about it. We aren't a big firm with lots of branches. We just have this one spot where we do all our work. We spend our mornings checking new listings and our afternoons meeting people. It’s a practical business. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy websites. Most people just come in because they saw our board while going to the City Centre. We talk to them plainly about what is available and what it might cost. We don't like to waste anyone’s time with fluff. If a property isn't a good deal, we usually say so. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable and we have all our records organized in our own way. We've been part of this community for years, so we know the history of many of these properties. It’s just us working hard to help people buy or sell their places without making it a huge complicated mess. We keep it simple and focus on getting the job done properly for our neighbors. Every client gets our full attention when they walk through that door to talk about their future home.
