Our place is located at 5 Dholewal Rajpura Road, inside the Sagar Complex. We are right across from Sheela Hospital, which makes us easy to find if you are in that part of town. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters for the local community. It is a lot of talking to people and checking out different sites. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the person buying a property knows what they are getting into. The office is usually a bit cluttered with documents and site maps. That is just how we work. We've seen the area grow and change over the years. Some old buildings go down and new ones go up. We keep track of all that so we can give sensible advice to anyone who asks. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the weather is bad, but we are always here. We aren't into sales pitches or anything like that. If a piece of land has a problem with the title, we find out and tell you. We prefer keeping things clear and simple. Most of our clients come from word of mouth because their cousin or friend worked with us before. We just stay focused on the Rajpura Road area and help out whoever walks through the door looking for a house or a shop. It is a busy life but it is what we know.
